Can not find a course that teaches only the "Tunisians". If your friend wants to communicate in Tunisia, only to learn Arabic, which can be anywhere in the Middle East with Standard Arabic happen.
However, it is demanding, because they only go there on vacation? If so, I am sure that the link below will be helpful to them. It is the book chapters set in the Lonely Planet Tunisia Middle East and is only 84p digital.

"Get all non-essential travel phrases, would, with sections on transport, accommodation, shopping, chat and much more. Lead a debate to talk about having no time with the locals.
But in reality you do not learn Arabic in the tourist areas of Tunisia, who speak English or French, anyway.
Most Arabic is phonetic, so it should be good, with a book if it is everything you start. I would have a good understanding of the Arab common, then branch Tunisian dialect, is a bit faster and more complex, but you have the hang of it. You can talk www.learn arabic.net a free ebook to download it if you want to start to Arabic.
Does not happen overnight, but persist! So I learned Arabic, and now I'm learning French!
Good luck!

You'll never learn in a position to each Arabic dialect, with the exception of ear and hearing. Because words can be written the same but pronounced differently.
